Open two U-shaped arms togeter. Warp a yarn around the arms.
Follow the same steps with the othe side arms. Close th arms. Cut the yarn with a sharp pair of scissors between the two U-shaped arms. Cut the yarn all the way around the circle.
Take a strand of yarn, slide it through that same crack in which you cut the yarn, tie a knot, and pull it as tight as you can.
